Shipping Policy
1. Regarding shipping costs: Currently, we charge a shipping fee of US$5 for customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Singapore whose order amount is less than US$50 (the amount is based on discount). There is no express delivery fee for orders greater than or equal to US$50. For other countries, Customer orders are charged a uniform shipping fee of US$6 (we will also gradually reduce international shipping costs based on agreements with relevant cooperative express companies);
2. After you pay for the order, we usually ship the product within 48 hours (some products may be shipped within 120 hours due to inventory issues. If not shipped within 48 hours, we will notify the customer via email);
3. We ship via Four PX Express (4PX), FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL. Under normal circumstances, the goods can be received within 5-15 working days after delivery. If there are delays or problems with express delivery, please contact us in time! Thanks!
4. Your order may be affected by tariffs after arriving in your country, resulting in an additional fee. The seller will not bear the corresponding taxes. All taxes will be borne by the buyer. Please be aware!
Return and exchange policy
1. If the package you receive is damaged or has any questions, please send us a feedback email as soon as possible.
